INSIDE THE LOBBY
The games lobby covers live casino tables — baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Vegas Strip Blackjack with side bets — alongside slot titles like Zombie Outbreak and Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe, arcade formats including Aviator, fishing games like Ocean King, and lottery options…
Esports markets on Counter-Strike 2 and League of Legends sit alongside Bundesliga Asian handicap lines and US Open Tennis, with live baccarat, Dragon Tiger and slots reachable from the same session. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX clear directly into your account balance — access conditions apply for supported regions.
Every sportsbook market page documents the settlement rules specific to that sport or format — Counter-Strike 2 map conditions, Bundesliga postponement windows, and tennis walkover vs retirement distinctions each have their own written rules.
| Market rule pages | Each major sport and esports title has a dedicated rules page. Settlement conditions, void triggers and format-specific variants are written there, not buried in a general FAQ. |
|---|---|
| Provider game data | RTP, paytable and house-edge figures come from the game studio's own published data. Where a provider does not release the figure, we do not substitute an estimate. |
| Policy access | Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information are available via the footer on every page — no account required to read them. |
| Contact routes | Corrections, complaints and policy queries can be submitted via live chat or email. The contact details are listed on the Help page, which is accessible without logging in. |
WHY ONE ACCOUNT MATTERS
Jumping between separate sites for esports, football and casino means managing multiple wallets, different login credentials and inconsistent rule sets.
| Single RM balance | Move from a Bundesliga live bet to a baccarat table without withdrawing and re-depositing. Your balance is shared across the sportsbook and casino lobby from one account. |
|---|---|
| Consistent rule access | Settlement rules for Counter-Strike 2 map handicaps and US Open Tennis retirement bets are documented under each market — one account, one place to check before you bet. |
| Mobile-ready across sections | The sportsbook, live casino and slots all load in the same mobile browser session. Switch product areas without closing tabs or logging in again elsewhere. |
| One withdrawal route | Your verified payment method — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX — handles cashouts from every product area. No separate withdrawal accounts per section. |
GAME CATEGORY TRANSPARENCY
Return-to-player figures and market odds differ by game type and provider. Here is how each category handles the information — and what to look for before you start.
| Live Casino Tables | Baccarat, Dragon Tiger and Vegas Strip Blackjack have fixed house-edge rules published by the game provider. Check the table's information panel for the variant's specific rules and side-bet conditions. |
|---|---|
| Video Slots | RTP is shown only where the studio exposes it — look for the 'i' or 'paytable' button inside the game. Titles like Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe and Zombie Outbreak each display their own published figure. |
| Crash and Arcade | Aviator uses a provably-fair multiplier model; the session history and current round multiplier are visible in-game. No separate RTP figure applies in the traditional slot sense. |
| Sportsbook Markets | Odds on Bundesliga, Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends and US Open Tennis reflect the market price at the time of placement. In-play odds shift with live events — confirm your line before confirming the slip. |
| Fishing Games and Lottery | Ocean King's return rate depends on bullet cost and target fish; the in-game guide explains multipliers. 6D Lottery and 90 Ball Bingo prize tables are shown before each draw or session starts. |
MOVING AROUND THE LOBBY
The main navigation sits at the top of every page: Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Account. From the Sportsbook tab, drill into Esports to find Counter-Strike 2 and League of Legends markets, or select Football for Bundesliga lines.
| Sportsbook to Casino switch | Tap the Live Casino tab from any sportsbook page. Your RM balance is shared, so no transfer step is needed between the two sections. |
|---|---|
| Finding a specific game | Use the lobby search bar to look up a title by name — Aviator, Ocean King, Vegas Strip Blackjack. Filter by category (slots, fishing, live tables) if you prefer to browse. |
| Checking your bet history | Open the Account area and select Bet History. Sportsbook bets and casino sessions are listed chronologically; filter by date or product type. |
| Mobile browser path | Open peluang888 in any mobile browser, log in with your username and password, and the full lobby loads — no app install required on Android or iOS. |
LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS
Your account balance runs in RM from the moment you deposit. Touch 'n Go eWallet lets you send funds directly from the TNG app — confirm the account number shown in the cashier, enter your amount and authorise with your PIN.
DuitNow transfers route through your bank's mobile app using the displayed reference; funds land in your balance once the bank confirms the transfer. FPX connects directly to your online banking session for a one-step checkout. All three methods use the same cashier flow: select the rail, follow the on-screen steps, and your balance updates.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
If a market settlement looks wrong or a deposit hasn't reflected in your balance, the support team is reachable through multiple channels.
The live chat icon sits in the bottom-right corner of every lobby page. Start a session and a support agent will respond directly — useful for urgent balance or settlement queries.
For account verification documents or detailed withdrawal queries, email is the right channel. Send your request with your account ID and a clear description; check your registered email for the response.
The Help section is accessible from the mobile lobby footer. It covers common account, deposit and bet-settlement questions — a good first stop before opening a live chat session.
Match handicap covers the series result across all maps played; map handicap applies within a single map using round-count spread. If a map is abandoned before completion, round-level markets on that map are typically voided while match-level bets may still stand — check the market's specific rules page.
A mid-match retirement differs from a pre-match walkover. Match-winner bets may settle on the result at the point of retirement if a minimum number of sets are complete, but game handicap and total-games markets generally require the full match to finish. The tennis rules page details the exact conditions.
No — a Bo1 series has only one map, so map-count handicap markets are not available. Bo3 and Bo5 formats unlock map handicap and series winner markets. First-objective props like first blood are available per map regardless of format, but void on a full game restart by tournament officials.
It depends on the operator's settlement window. Most sportsbooks void a postponed match if it is not played within a defined period — often 24 to 48 hours — though some apply a same-round rescheduling rule. Check the Bundesliga market rules page for the exact window used on peluang888.
Both are linked in the site footer, visible on every page including the lobby. You do not need to log in to read them. The Responsible Gambling page also covers the options available to you if you want to manage your activity.
Access and eligibility conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions page, linked in the footer. The platform is intended for adults in supported regions. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies, review the terms before registering an account.
